The Martin Kingston & Associates' team, consisting of a project manager and staffing consultants, will partner with your organization to:
- Prepare the project plan, including staffing strategy, timetable, budget, roles and responsibilities.
- Develop position profiles and hiring criteria.
- Identify, train and work with hiring teams.
- Identify recruiting resources.
- Conduct telephone interviews.
- Conduct personal interviews and provide candidate follow-up.
- Assist hiring teams in candidate evaluations.
- Provide necessary reports and communication.
- Manage the transition of activity back to your organization at the completion of the project.
Traditional Staffing is also available through Martin Kingston & Associates. With extensive experience in staffing and recruitment, we can assist your day-to-day recruiting and hiring efforts. On a retainer or fee-for-service basis, we will source and pre-screen candidates, interview applicants and provide candidate follow-up. As a representative of your company, we will ensure access to a pool of highly qualified candidates and achieve your hiring goals in a timely and cost effective manner.
