Sherry Waddingham MBA, ATC

Sherry is a Team and Leadership Effectiveness Facilitator, Professional Coach and
Speaker. She is passionate about reinventing the dynamic of working relationships
to create a more self-aware, trusting and innovative environment. Her area of
specialization is understanding and harnessing the power of intergenerational
relationships.

| Sherry has over 20 year’s experience inspiring people and building teams. She has
held senior leadership positions with some of Canada’s top companies including
IBM, Cossette Communications Group, OgilvyOne Worldwide and Liberty Health. Her industry
experience runs the gamut from marketing, advertising, telecommunications, financial services,
pharmaceutical and practically everything in between.
She holds an M.B.A. from Queen’s University, has completed The Judy Project from the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto and is an accredited practioner of Insights Learning and Development. Sherry completed her coach training at Adler International Learning/Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto.
